Who does the work?
Marian Sorca personally, on every project. When a project needs more hands, he leads the team, with one person responsible: him.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours, 7 days a week. You get useful questions and a proposed next step, or an honest answer if we’re not the right fit.
Can we talk on a call?
Yes, before and during the project. Most projects start with a written brief and a reply; a call follows when it helps.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We’ve worked with US businesses since 2014 and with clients in Europe and elsewhere. English, German, Romanian and Croatian are all fine.
Scope and cost
What’s the minimum engagement?
$2,000. Full products and substantial integrations are scoped and priced separately, often in phases.
Fixed price or hourly?
Builds and migrations are scoped and priced before work starts. Ongoing development and fractional CTO work are billed monthly.
What do you need from me to start?
A few lines on the goal, the deadline and what exists today. Send your brief and we take it from there.
The work
What do you build?
Four kinds of engagement: fractional CTO, web apps, ecommerce on Shopify, and AI and integrations. We also build and maintain sites on Squarespace, Webflow and WordPress.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, and it’s familiar work. We read the code first and tell you plainly what’s strong, what’s fragile, what to fix first and what to leave alone, before we quote the rest.
Can you build from our Figma design?
Yes, pixel-tight on desktop and mobile, whether it becomes a Shopify theme, a web app or a website.
Which technologies do you use?
Usually Angular, Firebase, Node.js and Google Cloud for web apps; Shopify and Shopify Plus for ecommerce; Gemini, Claude, GPT and Grok for AI. If another stack fits your project better, we’ll say so.
After launch
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. Many clients keep working with us for years on updates, improvements and new features. Others take a documented handover to their own team.
