What each engagement delivers.

The minimum engagement is $2,000. Full products and substantial integrations are scoped separately, once we understand the goal.

Fractional CTO

Senior technical judgment, without a full-time hire.

For: Founders and teams with a product and developers, but no senior technical lead.
How it runs: A technical review, a fixed number of hours each month, or a single decision. The review gets a fixed quote before anything starts; monthly work is billed monthly.

A written review of your code and infrastructure: strong, fragile, fix first, leave alone, each item with a cost and an order
Architecture, security and scaling decisions, with the cost attached
